Just been playing inside nexus a bit more and noticed that maybe some bits of it hasn't been thought out completely. For example i can add a staff member in the acp in staff members so why do staff members then show up in the customer management module because surely they're staff not customers so should be kept separate.
Also regarding some staff permissions theres no way to turn off a groups permission to see the dashboard, reason for this is because inside the dashboard staff can add pictures and regarding the support module can add their own signatures. How about if i don't want my staff to access this? what i want to set the signatures for my staff myself? theres nowhere as an admin when i can completely edit all the settings you see in the preferences screen of the dashboard.
Maybe it was just missed out or not thought out completely but i think i make valid points.

With the first point, the staff are also added with member accounts automatically (and members are called Customers in Nexus, basically). I wouldn't remove that section, because there would be no way to manage the users as customers (i.e. what if your staff member bought something, or subscribed to your site).
The last point I could understand however.

I posted a while back ( I think in the closed beta forums, which I now can't see

) asking if it was possible to convert a customer to staff (i.e. upgrade their status) - Can you do that now?

No, and it drives me nuts sometimes >.< Something I wish was there myself sometimes

It really does need to be there before it goes out, it'd be rubbish to have to delete a member account only to recreate it as a staff member!

I REALLY think this should be a priority. I can only think of the rammifications of deleteing a user tjust to add them as an admin. What happens to thier packages? purchase history? etc.
Please seriously consider adding this before release.
