I would like to remove some of the links shown in the image below.. I found where to remove them in Beta 2 or 3 but can't find where in Beta 6

try Look & Feel > Manage System Templates ... on IP.Nexus choose Manage System Templates

open Core Templates and edit client_center_home close to the bottom of that template you'll find that list

Edit site_footer

find and remove :

<h3>Client Area</h3>
<div id='client_center_menu'>
{component.menumaker.show_menu(2)}
