ah.. i uploaded the latest packet for the downloads module.. and it fixed... crisis averted.

Yes, I believe that each release has an expiry date so you can only use each BETA for a certain amount of time.

yea, but it blocked the WHOLE admin for just some downloads module files expiring. ive never even used the downloads part.. so i was thrown off at first.

Well some how the files were installed.. And its the 30th today so that would explain it expiring

EDIT -:

what happen when we get to RC stage and we upgrade. Then final comes out. Is it a easy upgrade from beta to stable ?

i had installed it but never used. as far as RC and upgrading they said there is upgrade form here on out, however still a chance final release will require a fresh install... just have to wait and see..

Well I just hope no Fresh Install is needed.. Only cause I have went right into the system templates and changed hell of a heck to suite my needs....
