Hey, I'm really interested in buying IP.Blog after checking out the updated version, but I have a question before I go ahead.

I know multiple blogs per user isn't supported in 1.4, so I'll be creating a new account to be able to manage two blogs (my personal one and a "staff blog").

This is fine for now, but I'm just wondering if there are any plans to implement multiple blogs per user in 2.0? I read a topic back in 2005 that suggested this would be hard to implement, but I'm just wondering if anything's changed in those 3 years. tongue.gif

Also, if it is implemented, I suggest an option in the ACP (or elsewhere) that will allow you to transfer ownership of a certain blog to another user. I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one creating an extra account for additional blogs, so this would help admins clean up those extra accounts.

I know this has been briefly talked about in the 2.0 discussion topic (I've also talked about it myself there), but there's been no response about it and I read that separate topics for each suggestion is encouraged... so here I am! original.gif

Well I can't answer for them obviously, but I "think" they said it is definitely being looked into. That obviously does not mean it will be done, but I personally think they indeed will end up adding the multiple blogs per user functionality.

I think they should do user group permissions if they do it though. Maybe x number for user group.

Its definitely on the list of features we want to add, however I can't yet say if it will be in 2.0 or a later version original.gif
