If we allowed people to bypass the disclaimer then it doesn't do much good.
Yes I know what you mean, except its such a hassle to scroll through that thing I barley read, and then click another download button, ect. By clicking just once you get what you need, now with that little image you can have alt="" text say by clicking here you agree to the disclaimer, or you have that in your sites rules, privacy policy, customer agreement, ect. If someone fails to read it thats their fault...
If its not stock material, then I'll find a way to modify it so it does that

I mean its not critical but when you don't feel like waiting its nice.
