Some users who have friendly URL's enabled are not able to write blog entries after the update. When I remove their friendly URL and create the new (old) friendly URL the users are able to blog again. I have just noticed this with 3 users so far.
On the other hand, other users who have friendly URL's enabled have no problems?!
I thought i let you know in case someone else has the same issue.

Most likely their friendly url files weren't rebuilt properly - we've seen some permission issues here and there. You'd need to delete the folders/files under the /blog/ folder, then run the tool under Components -> Blog -> Tools to rebuild friendly urls.
