Does anyone know if there are any tutorials about creating the custom IP.Blog theme?

Or are there any custom theme sample codes?

I say the easiest thing to do is to copy the CSS from blog_css.css and edit it to get things to change and test it from there. There is a little bit of information in that file as to what you will be changing but its not amazingly documented.
