I'm curious when IPB stopped asking before they started reverting settings and re-uploading files and changing themes in blogs for tech support requests.
I submitted a ticket this evening and without request on my LIVE server I started seeing things change/re-uploaded and then they changed my CUSTOM blog theme that I hadn't saved the CSS for to a default theme without reverting it back afterwards. I spent four hours to give myself a custom theme that none of my members would have because I like to be unique and go to my blog to find it reverted to a default theme that I created for my members.
I feel like I've just lost 4 hours of my life and have to spend another 4 hours to recreate the theme because that's the time that I put into that theme. My theme wasn't just a simple switch of a few colors and the background it was quite literally a complete reversal of the colors on my site. It makes me sick to my stomach and very angry.
When I first started with IPB not too long ago I remember they asked me before they started to re-upload files and change things that weren't in the ACP.
I'm really sick to my stomach thinking about remaking my very nice theme to put back up on my blog.
