If you have mods installed on your board(and you want to preserve them), use that difference report to manually edit each file of IP.Blog.

Linux has a command line tool that you can use to apply the changes in that report to the files automatically too. If you have mods installed, however, it may not work properly of course.

Alternatively, on windows, you can use that diff file with a program like winmerge or beyond compare to make changes against your current forum files. There is also a port of the *nix "diff" program with the same name that can be used from the command line if you prefer.
