You just have to edit the language for the blog list but you should ask this in peer-peer support.

How could I PIN important blog to "Important Community Blogs"?

If your group has moderator permissions for IP.Blog (Which I assume you do, seeing your obviously the admin), you can tick the familiar checkbox next to the blog name, scroll to the bottom, and in the usual moderation dropdown, select 'Pin Blog'.
