When did you guys change your phone system at IPS? I like this one much better.

Last week I think it was. Still working out some of the kinks in the new system so if anyone has trouble hearing us .. sorry, we're (Charles is) working on it though.

I especially like how it tells you what position in the line you have. That's a nice change.

I think we should add a random number to your actual position in que . I am evil like that though.
