Yes, it has, which leads me to believe that it can't be as simple as fixing/syncing the server's clock, that IPS probably (should?) host themselves, or it would've been fixed already

Lindy fixed this a while back and it has returned. Seems that the server is running a bit time happy.

I wounder if IPB3 will just have a real time clock. 
Appears to be right for me, at the mo! Says it's 11:53, just like my computer clock does.
