While pondering at what post count I get to change my IPS user title, I figured what if there where member updates. Like "Congratulations, Your account can now customize user titles", "Congratulations, your Account has been updated to VIP", and "Congratulations, your rank has been upgraded from noob, to member".
Fades on screen below member bar in the yellow color such as the IPB 2.3.x news updates.

I can see the value for some boards where a pre-defined pm could be sent (enabled / disabled per group) when they reach X posts etc...
Preferably for other account activities too.
You could just make this as a very simple task that runs in the Admin CP 
Yea i know, just mainly throughing this idea to the modders 
I assume with the new hooks and plugins system it will be a bit easier to make mod's and the modders will be able to do more. I hope that some of you may keep this idea in mind when IPB3 comes out and your ready to test your moding skills on it.
